Job Description

• 2-6 years of experience in SAP Success Factor - LMS
• Certified in SuccessFactors LMS and compensation management module
• Hands on experience in SF implementation of LMS and compensation management module
• Create and configure Excel document to successfully import into LMS
• Upload and test courses to icontent and other content management system
• Translate Business requirements into System Configuration Objects and create Solution Design for SuccessFactors Employee Management Solution in compliance with the Best Practices
• Hands-on all the Data Models and knowledge of XML
• System configuration in accordance with Solution Design & Configuration Workbook / Business Blueprint
• Preparation & Execution of Test Cases / Test Plans / Test scripts
• Knowledge of MDF foundation objects associations Business rules and workflows
• Should have basic experience in SAP HCM PA/OM module
