About the Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in estimation to join our dynamic construction team. Our company is dedicated to delivering high-quality construction projects across the ICI (Industrial, Commercial, Institutional) and mid-rise residential space in the Greater Toronto Areas. This role offers a blend of project management and estimation responsibilities to ensure seamless project execution and accurate budgeting. Direct General Contracting experience and new-build construction is required.

The Ideal Candidate

Direct General Contracting Experience with a focus on new-build construction (ICI and mid-rise residential).
Experience : At least 5 years in construction project management, with substantial experience in estimation.
Skills : Fluency in English, exceptional communication and negotiation skills, and strong organizational abilities.
Teamwork : Able to foster a positive team environment, ensuring collaboration and alignment with all project stakeholders.
Flexibility : Hybrid work : In Guelph office + from home, with the possibility of visiting sites if required.

Responsibilities

Lead the planning, coordination, and completion of projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Develop and optimize project schedules, manage risks, and ensure the satisfaction of clients and collaborators.

Prepare project estimates by analyzing plans, specifications, and subcontractor bids to establish accurate cost projections.

Negotiate and manage contracts, actively monitoring all deliverables and preventing potential project issues.

Maintain a healthy team environment, ensuring all contractual obligations are met and any client concerns are addressed.
