Modification Team Lead / Engineering Coordinator

Job Overview

• Support Project Control Centre (PCC) as PCC engineer to rectify engineering issues which come up on an 8-12 hour shift.
• Prepare Technical Work Packages such as workplans for Modifications, Temporary Modifications and Non-Identical Component Replacements for Mechanical, electrical / instrumentation / control design modifications
• Provide Engineering Change Control (ECC) guidance, provide active support to field issues and Field Initiated Changes and facilitate a positive outcome with EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) vendors
• Provide knowledge and oversight for engineering deliverables to support plant lifetime operations including design, construction, testing, commissioning, plant operations, and maintenance.
• Lead and participate in various stages of projects, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and performance standards
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, stakeholders, and contractors to achieve project goals
• Apply our client’s ECC processes and contribute to the continuous improvement of engineering practice
• Understand impacts on cost and schedule, and provide support to minimize impacts driving projects
