Position Description

Day-to-day, you will work closely with the logistics and order teams. This is primarily a warehouse shipping / receiving role, with Linde reach trucks on site.
Experience
- Experience dealing with chemicals / dangerous goods (GHS / TDG)
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (specifically Excel)
- Experience with Sage X3, or similar ERP system an asset
- Ability to lift heavy objects (50kg) required
- Prepare order for shipment, ensure that the exact number and type of product is loaded and shipped
- Oversee freight handling and secure loads in accordance with established safety requirements
- Tag, mark, or label stock items and ensure they are placed in correct storage location
- Manage inventory of shipping materials and supplies
- Report any discrepancies in inventory to management
- Maintain organized work area according to policies, procedures, and safety regulations
- Previous experience safely operating lift trucks required (Linde trucks on site)
- Excellent communication, time management and task delegation skills
- Ability to work in a team environment, oversee tasks and ensure deliverables are met
Qualifications
