Hörmann Canada Inc. is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Sales Support Student to assist with organizing and maintaining our sales and parts documentation. This part-time role offers flexibility and an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in an office environment while supporting the Sales and Parts departments. This is a 3 month part-time contract.
Key Responsibilities :
Prepare physical and digital documents for scanning
Accurately rename scanned files using appropriate naming conventions
Organize and file scanned documents into designated Door and Parts folders
Upload and archive documents in the correct “Job Scans” folder on the company server
Collaborate with team members to ensure documentation is complete and accurate
Requirements & Qualifications :
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Comfortable using computers and Microsoft Office applications
Reliable, punctual, and possesses a strong work ethic
Ability to work independently and as part of a fast-paced team
Currently enrolled as a student (preferred)
