Project Administrator –Location: National Capital Region (On-site)Maintain project documentation and support configuration/data management
Track change requests, support budget planning, and process travel and expense claims
Assist with reports, presentations, briefings, and correspondence
Support audits, timesheets, and database entries
Liaise with stakeholders and support senior management decision-making
Education: Secondary or post-secondary diploma in Business Administration (required); Undergraduate degree preferred
Experience:
1+ year in admin support roles (e.g., document control, scheduling, cost tracking, MS Office use)
Experience preparing technical documents in IT/IM or engineering
Experience supporting administrative functions in a defence or government setting preferred
