Are you passionate about project planning and driving successful outcomes? Join our team as a Senior Planner , where you’ll play a key role in developing and maintaining project schedules, ensuring progress is tracked, and mentoring a talented planning team. We are looking for Senior Planners to be based from our Mississauga, Saskatoon and Calgary offices.

What You’ll Do :

• Lead Project Planning : Develop and maintain the master project schedule to meet objectives.
• Team Leadership : Manage and mentor planners / schedulers, ensuring they have the tools and skills to succeed.
• Safety First : Champion a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with all safety protocols.
• Schedule Development : Create and refine detailed schedules, identify critical paths, and set baselines.
• Monitor & Report : Track progress, generate reports, and resolve scheduling issues.
• Vendor Coordination : Manage vendor and contractor schedules, ensuring timely delivery.
• Change Management : Update schedules and address impacts when changes occur.
• Progress Measurement : Calculate earned value and monitor project performance.

Base salary range : $115,000 - $165,000
