Summary

The Bell Business Markets (BBM) Professional Services delivery team is the consulting arm of Bell Canada Enterprise tasked with the design, execution and implementation of solutions for the Enterprise Customer market. We are a dynamic team with a high degree of focus on our customers.

The Delivery Coordinator will reside within this team coordinating and scheduling project tasks and is responsible for ensuring the schedule and details are well organized. They communicate with various departments to keep everyone on board with any changes to the project. They are responsible for coordination of resources including our customers. They assist in organizing projects with the goal of getting them completed on time and on scope while following established processes. The Delivery Coordinator must have good knowledge and experience of every aspect of the project and should ensure the project is progressing as required.

Function

  • Provide our customers with a single point of contact for the delivery of projects specific to products :
  • Microsoft Operator Connect
  • Bell Webex Calling
  • Bell Total Connect
  • Provide project coordination support to leadership team on the status of each project
  • Position may require "off normal" evening or weekend support

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordination and communication of delivery tasks and timelines
  • Lead or contribute to the creation, maintenance and quality management of project documentation
  • Support leadership team with client and executive updates
  • Lead or participate in project meetings internal and external to Bell
  • Follow established processes and methodology per product to ensure project is delivered on time, on scope and track any delays or risks per project
  • Facilitate team meetings to communicate progress, status, issues, assignments and urgency
  • Coordinate and prioritize project deliverables and partner with various departments, suppliers and stakeholders
  • Protect project scope
  • Track productivity per project
  • Proactively identify and resolve project related issues and escalate where required
  • Perform and document post-project reviews or lessons learned and identify opportunities for optimization or improvement
  • Critical Qualifications

  • Experience working and leading projects in a customer-facing team environment.​​​​​​
  • Ability to manage and coordinate multiple customer projects involving multiple products simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Excellent time management and problem solving skills being well organized and a self-starter
  • Excellent skills in negotiation, evaluation, problem resolution, communication, decision making and leadership
  • Highly developed organizational, leadership and interpersonal skills including the ability to solicit cooperation and resolve conflict
  • Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast paced and high volume environment with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness
  • Team oriented; action oriented; self-motivated and delivery focused
  • Advanced competency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, MS Project)
  • Superior data management and analysis skills
  • Bilingualism (English / French) is mandatory.
  • In the course of their duties, this person will be required to interact with French & English speaking stakeholders across Canada
  • Degree or Diploma in related discipline and / or 2+ years customer and project coordination related experience.
