About this opportunity:

Reporting to the Vice President Lloyd Thermal and Conventional Heavy Oil (LTCHO) Operations the Senior Administrative Assistant will provide high-level administrative and analytical support to ensure the efficient and effective operation of daily addition to managing complex schedules coordinating meetings and agendas arranging travel and handling correspondence this role plays a key part in analyzing operational data preparing executive-level reports and presentations tracking key performance metrics and supporting decision-making initiatives.

What youll do:

  • Partner closely with the broader LTCHO leadership team to improve operational efficiency information flow and executive effectiveness managing communications with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Develop agendas capture insights and decisions track action items and ensure accountability.

  • Analyze prepare and refine executive-level documents reports and presentations to support data-driven decision-making.

  • Provide analytical and administrative support on special projects conducting research and synthesizing information.

  • Manage complex executive calendar balancing priorities resolving conflicts and anticipating needs.

  • Monitor analyze and reconcile expenses ensuring accuracy compliance and timely reimbursement.

  • Lead end-to-end travel planning and logistics anticipating risks and adapting plans to ensure seamless execution.

Who you are:

Our ideal candidate will have the following minimum requirements:

  • Legally authorized to work in Canada.

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Office Management or a related field.

  • Minimum 8 years of experience as an executive assistant within the Oil & Gas industry.
