Nous recherchons un Contrôleur financier corporatif expérimenté et dynamique, prêt à diriger les opérations financières et comptables, agir comme partenaire d’affaires stratégique, et encadrer une équipe talentueuse dans sa croissance.

Relevant de la haute direction, vous superviserez l’ensemble des activités comptables et financières, les opérations quotidiennes à la planification stratégique. Ce rôle est à la fois stratégique et pratique, idéal pour une personne rigoureuse et mobilisatrice.

Responsabilités clés

Leadership et stratégie

Encadrer et développer l’équipe de finance et de comptabilité.
Collaborer avec la direction pour soutenir les décisions d’affaires.
Mettre en place des politiques financières et contrôles internes efficaces.

Planification et analyse financière

Préparer et analyser les résultats, budgets et prévisions.
Assurer le suivi des flux de trésorerie et des indicateurs de performance.

Opérations comptables

Superviser le cycle comptable complet (GL, fournisseurs, clients, écritures).
Coordonner les audits et la fin d’exercice.
Veiller à la conformité des remises gouvernementales (TPS/TVQ, CNESST, CCQ, etc.).
Soutenir la paie et la gestion des paiements (TEF, virements).

Optimisation et technologies

Améliorer les processus comptables grâce à la technologie et à l’automatisation.
Entretenir d’excellentes relations avec les partenaires financiers.

Profil recherché

Baccalauréat en comptabilité ou finance (CPA un atout).
5 à 10 ans d’expérience en gestion comptable et financière.
Leadership mobilisateur et excellentes habiletés de communication.
Connaissance de SAP Business One ou d’un ERP similaire (atout).
Expérience en construction ou manufacturier (atout).
Bilinguisme anglais-français.

Corporate Financial Controller

We’re seeking an experienced Corporate Financial Controller who will lead our accounting and finance operations, act as a strategic business partner, and guide a talented team through the next stage of growth.

About the Role

Reporting to senior leadership, you’ll oversee all accounting and financial management activities — from operations to planning. This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone who enjoys both strategic analysis and daily execution.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Strategy

Lead and develop the finance and accounting team.
Partner with management to provide insights and strategic recommendations.
Implement and maintain sound financial policies and internal controls.

Financial Planning & Analysis

Prepare and analyze financial results, KPIs, and forecasts.
Collaborate on annual budgets and projections.
Monitor daily cash flow and ensure sound liquidity management.

Accounting Operations

Oversee full-cycle accounting (GL, AP/AR, reconciliations, journal entries).
Coordinate audits and year-end closings.
Ensure compliance with government remittances (GST/QST, CNESST, CCQ, etc.).
Support payroll operations and manage payments (EFT, wire, overseas).

Optimization & Technology

Streamline accounting processes using ERP tools and automation.
Maintain strong relationships with auditors, banks, and partners.

Profile

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA an asset).
5–10 years of progressive experience in full-cycle accounting and management.
Proven leadership, team development, and communication skills.
Experience with SAP Business One or similar ERP (asset).
Knowledge of construction or manufacturing (asset).
Bilingual – English and French.
