In this position, you will have the opportunity to :
Operate and monitor machines used for molding or vulcanizing rubber articles or products
Use machines, equipment or hand tools to cut, shape, connect, adjust and bond rubber materials to form parts or finished products
Use finishing machines or equipment to trim, grind or trim rubber products, grinding or trimming rubber products into their final shape
Visually inspect finished products for defects and to ensure compliance with quality standards
Comply with health and safety regulations
Package products in accordance with instructions
Permanent full-time position
Shift :
evening (Monday to Friday 3pm-11pm), night (Sunday to Thursday 11pm-7am)
Salary :
$23.70 / hr on entry, $25.22 / hr after 1920 hours worked
Shift premium :
$1.25 / hr for evening shift, $1.75 / hr for night shift

Profile
With the following skills and qualities, you'll be successful in this role :
Be able to work the night shift (11 p.m. to 7 a.m.) and / or the evening shift (3 p.m. to 11 p.m.)
Possess physical (you have to work standing up) and manual skills
Have a strong team spirit, a critical sense, an ability to observe details and a facility for expressing suggestions for improvement
