Position Overview :

We are seeking a dynamic and professional Beauty Advisor fluent in both Mandarin and English to join our team at Vancouver International Airport. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service, share expert product knowledge, and contribute to achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Deliver outstanding customer service to all clients, ensuring a memorable and personalized shopping experience.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor and offer assistance and advice to customers.
  • Utilize selling tools effectively to provide exceptional product recommendations and share expert knowledge.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of all products and communicate their usage and benefits to customers.

Qualifications :

  • Fluency in Mandarin and English is mandatory.
  • Previous experience in beauty sales or customer service is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
