Our client, a leading distributor / dealership selling advanced, state of the art Photo Copiers and Printers located in Markham, is currently seeking a professional and experienced Sales Executive to join its Toronto-based team. Reporting to the Sales Manager, this individual will be directly responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities and to provide leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with the company's goals and objectives.
Responsibilities :
- Develop business plans and sales strategies so as to ensure the attainment of company's sales goals and profitability
- Cold call prospective clients and identify opportunities for new business growth
- Provide timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin
- Utilize a CRM to track and maintain activity levels, perform forecasting and capture key account information
- Interpret short- and long-term effects on sales strategies in operating profit
- Work with the Business Development team to ensure the best possible delivery of service and outstanding client satisfaction
- Travel regularly throughout the GTA and nationally as required
- Other duties as required
Job Specifications / qualifications :
A post secondary degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related fieldMinimum of 5 years of experience in sales management; Experience in managed services, outsourcing and / or the print industry considered a strong assetAn exceptional track record for account retention and delivering profitable business resultsGoal-oriented to achieve targets through self-motivation, persistence and determinationSuperior problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trend informationAbility to build and maintain long lasting relationships with customersProfessional demeanor with high level customer service skillsExceptional communication and presentation skillsProficiency in MS Office required; experience with CRM a strong assetAbility and willingness to travel on a regular basis; valid driver's license and vehicle is required.Compensation and Other Perks :
