What you’ll accomplish with us
As a Software Asset Manager, you’ll be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities :
- Supervising daily activities related to the SAM process.
- Maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders : software product owners, service catalog managers, procurement leaders.
- Ensuring the accuracy of records in the software asset management repository (discovery models, products, usage rights).
- Addressing issues and improvements related to the SAM practice.
- Implementing data collection processes for products and procedures, as well as producing relevant reports.
- Performing reconciliation between usage rights and software installations to assess license compliance.
- Analyzing reconciliation reports and recommending corrective actions in cases of non‑compliance.

Is recognized for their ability to analyze complex data, their rigor, strong organizational skills, and solid project‑management capabilities—essential for optimal software asset management.Stands out for their mastery of software discovery and management tools, their knowledge of equipment, architecture, and core IT technical fundamentals, as well as their unifying personality and strong leadership presence within large corporations.Demonstrates excellent communication skills, strong executive‑level synthesis abilities, and the capacity to influence and engage stakeholders, enabling effective collaboration between IT teams and business partners.Is known for their initiative, professionalism, ability to produce clear and structured reports, and their role as a mobilizing leader in complex, large‑scale environments.Has more than 10 years of experience, ideally in software asset management or IT procurement, with significant experience working in large corporate environments.Customer service experience is an asset.CSAM certification is an asset.Why you’ll love working with us

The typical hiring range for this position is between $96,900 and $139,000 CAD per year; the base salary offered may vary depending on knowledge, skills, years of experience, and internal equity related to the role.
