We're Looking For :
We're looking for a Commercial Accounts Coordinator with experience in efficiently managing, reporting, and scheduling the inventory and sale of vehicles through OPENLANE's platforms.
As the Commercial Accounts Coordinator, you will be crucial in customer inquiries and complete the repossession redemption process.
Location : At one of the VLCs in Canada
You will work on-site in a hybrid capacity, three days in the office. VLC Locations : Saint-Eustache, QC, Ottawa, ON, Edmonton, AB, Brampton, ON, Vancouver, BC, Calgary, AB, Saskatoon, SK, St.
Johns, NL, Quebec City, QC, Moncton, NB, Halifax, NB.
You Are :

You Will :
Ensure sales vehicles meet account specifications by : receiving condition reports, preparing titles, assessing and obtaining authorization for repairs and preparing necessary work order forms
Coordinates the inventory and sale of vehicles by : entering data into the system, taking vehicles out of leasing, transmitting data to customers' computer systems, selecting vehicles to be featured on the internet, generating sales agreements and determining vehicle line ups
Generates / prepares reports by gathering data from computerized systems (i.e. inventory reports and sales summaries
Ensures customer satisfaction by communicating with clients; identifying & resolving issues in a timely manner
Respond to customer inquiries and complete repossession redemption process as per established procedures
Work closely with other Commercial Accounts Reps to train as backup for other accounts and ensure all customers have SLA's met
Represent vehicles on the block or attend block with sales representative on sale day
Assist with and perform various administrative and clerical duties relating to the sale, including posting charges, preparation of contracts and titles, processing payments, transmit EFT / wire transfers, balancing & filing sales transaction.
You Have :
1-3 years of related experience
Proficient with Google Workspaces
Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
Nice to Have :
Bilingual in English and French
This role requires you to interact with customers, leaders, and colleagues in Quebec, other provinces, or other countries who may not speak French.
Experience in a customer service or administrative role
Experience with AMS
