About the Director of Support Services
As part of the executive leadership team, the Director of Support Services (DSS) plays a strategic role in ensuring Youth Unlimited’s operations effectively support staff and programs in achieving the vision of transformed youth transforming our city.
The Director of Support Services has the opportunity to shape Youth Unlimited’s strategy and to cultivate a culture and context that emphasizes effectiveness and care towards our field staff and team leaders. Through team leadership and insightful implementation of systems and processes, the DSS plays a vital role in maximizing the stewardship of our people, finances, and organizational capacity.

This position is full-time working from our Jonesville Crescent Office in North York, with flexibility to work from home for one day per week.
The salary for this role is determined on a scale based on education and experience and falls within a range of $79,000 to $83,000. The salary is funded in part on a missionary basis, requiring the gathering of a personal support team.
