Position : Lead Hand Heavy Duty Mechanic

Location : Fort St. John, BC

Compensation : $57.08 / hour + hourly premiums

Position Overview :

As a Lead Hand Heavy Duty Mechanic, you'll play a key role in supporting both the shop foreman and the technician team. This position combines hands‑on technical expertise with leadership responsibilities, ensuring smooth workflow and high‑quality service in our dealership environment. You will assist with advanced diagnostics, perform quality inspections, and step in for the foreman when required – interacting with technicians, front‑line staff, and occasionally customers. If you're an experienced Red Seal Journeyperson with strong diagnostic skills and the confidence to mentor others, this is an excellent opportunity to take the next step in your career.
