Business Development Manager

MatchBox Consulting is seeking a Business Development Manager for our client, a leading green energy manufacturer that has achieved national recognition and acclaim.

The Business Development Manager will be a driven and personable sales professional who will be responsible for conducting market research, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining excellent relationships with clients, developing effective sales strategies, and participating in industry events and trade shows.

Responsibilities :

• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for expansion in the green energy sector.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities by networking, cold calling, and leveraging industry connections.
• Build and maintain excellent relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction with products and services.
• Develop effective sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets, utilizing market insights and customer feedback.
• Participate in industry events and trade shows to showcase products, network with potential clients, and stay updated on industry developments and competitors.

Requirements :

• Excellent sales and business development skills
• 3 Years of sales experience in the manufacturing industry
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Bachelor's or associate degree in a related field
