A WordPress Developer is responsible for designing, building, and maintaining websites using the WordPress platform. Here are some key responsibilities and skills typically associated with this role :

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand their website design and functionality requirements.
• Design and build the front-end of websites, ensuring an appealing user interface.
• Create the overall website architecture, considering layout and structure.
• Handle the back-end development, including database and server integration.
• Develop custom WordPress themes and plugins to enhance functionality.
• Conduct performance tests to ensure optimal user experience.
• Troubleshoot content-related issues.
• Provide WordPress training to clients on managing their sites.
• Monitor the performance of live websites and address any issues promptly.
• Convert PSDs / Figma to WordPress.

Qualifications

UG : B.Sc. in Any Specialization, B.Tech / B.E. in Any Specialization, BCA in Computers

PG : Any Postgraduate in Any Specialization
