Position Overview :
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Territory Sales Manager to oversee direct-to-end-user sales in Ontario. This role involves developing and executing sales strategies, building strong customer relationships, and representing Platinum Trailers Mfg. at industry events. As a key representative of our brand, you will highlight how our innovative and lightweight designs contribute to customer profitability while driving growth in your territory.
In this role, you will identify and pursue new business opportunities, manage existing client accounts, and provide exceptional customer service. By understanding customer needs, you will offer tailored solutions that demonstrate the value of our advanced trailer designs. You will also analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for expansion. Administrative responsibilities include preparing sales forecasts, managing customer data in CRM systems, and delivering performance reports.
Qualifications :
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, preferably in the trailer manufacturing, transportation, or agricultural sectors. Familiarity with commodity hauling equipment and the Ontario market is an asset. This position requires strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite is necessary, as is a valid driver’s license and a willingness to travel extensively within Ontario.
