Job Summary : As a Casual Admin Assistant, the individual acts as a direct support to the campus administrators in various departments. Under their guidance, the individual is responsible for carrying out a variety of tasks.

Specific Duties :

• Handle a variety of assignments in departments assigned to
• Problem solve or redirect as necessary
• Liaise and communicate as needed
• Demonstrated computer skills and the ability to work on a variety of documents
• Filing / Data Entry and / or reception duties may be required
• Part of a team actively engaged in contributing to and accomplishing the vision, mission, and goals of the College
• Promote a positive work atmosphere and communicate in a professional manner
• Other duties as assigned
