Role Overview

We are looking for a Lead Full Stack Developer to drive technical architecture, lead development initiatives, and mentor engineering teams while remaining hands-on in building production systems. You will work closely with product, design, and leadership teams to deliver scalable, high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full stack architecture design and technical decision-making
• Build and maintain frontend and backend systems for production applications
• Guide engineering best practices, coding standards, and development workflows
• Lead code reviews and mentor developers across the team
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders on technical planning
• Ensure system performance, security, and scalability
• Oversee API design, database architecture, and system integrations
• Support DevOps and deployment strategies with engineering teams
• Troubleshoot complex production issues and guide resolution strategies
