The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for managing the day-to-day logistics operations, including the coordination of shipments, inventory movement, and order fulfillment. This role ensures that products are shipped, received, and distributed efficiently and accurately while maintaining cost-effectiveness and customer satisfaction. The Logistics Coordinator serves as the key point of contact between suppliers, carriers, internal departments, and customers to ensure smooth supply chain operations. Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

Shipping & Transportation :

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments of hardware materials, tools, and components.
• Schedule and track deliveries with freight carriers and transport partners to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
• Prepare shipping documentation, including bills of lading, packing slips, and customs paperwork
• Monitor freight costs and negotiate rates with carriers to optimize transportation expenses.
• Handle delivery discrepancies, delays, and damaged shipments promptly.
