Intermediate / Senior Civil Project Manager – Construction

About the Opportunity

The Project Manager will play a key leadership role, working collaboratively with executive management, operations, estimating, site, and finance teams to ensure successful project delivery. They oversee construction project controls, including cost forecasting, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and risk management, with a strong focus on safety, quality, and profitability.

About the Position

As a Project Manager, you’ll report to the Director of Construction and lead the full life cycle of civil infrastructure projects. You will work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful delivery—on time, on budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of civil projects, including cost control, forecasting, scheduling, and documentation
• Lead procurement, negotiate contracts, and manage subcontractors and vendors
• Coordinate with internal teams and site personnel to ensure quality, safety, and compliance
• Facilitate client communications, change orders, and risk mitigation
• Drive project closeout and conduct debriefs to improve future performance
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and municipal partners
