Programmer Analyst

IBISKA current has an immediate contract requirement for Level 3 Programmer Analysts (JAVA). The ideal consultant would have the following experience, combined with Secret security clearance.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum of ten (10) years professional work experience within the last fifteen (15) years developing web applications using an IDE (Integrated Development Environment) such as Eclipse, IntelliJ, or NetBeans.
• Minimum of ten (10) years professional work experience within the last fifteen (15) years developing web applications using Hibernate and / or JPA (Java Persistence API) for Object / Relational Mapping and database persistence.
• Minimum of six (6) years professional work experience within the last ten (10) years developing web applications using the Spring framework version 3 or greater
• Minimum of three (3) years professional development work experience using Spring Boot.
• Demonstrated professional work experience developing web applications using the MVC pattern (Model View Controller) using Spring framework version 3 or greater.
• Demonstrated professional work experience developing SOAP (Simple Object Access Protocol) and / or RESTful web services between applications.
• Demonstrated professional work experience within the last eight (8) years using continuous integration tools (examples : Jenkins / Hudson, Bamboo, Cruise Control).
• Experience with Test Driven Development
• Experience with front end frameworks such as Angular, React, VueJS, or GWT.
• Experience with Identity Management Technologies such as OpenID Connect, SAML, OAUTH, or Keycloak.
• Experience with the following : Docker Kubernetes CI / CD Cloud Service (AWS preferred) Search Engine platforms (Solr, or Elasticsearch)
