Title- Recruitment Consultant
Location - Scarborough, ON
Hours - Mon-Fri, 9 am - 5:30 pm
Salary Range - $45k - $50k/annually
Job Summary:
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Recruitment Consultant to join our White Collar Division. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and placing high-caliber candidates into professional and administrative roles across various industries. As a key member of the team, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process while building strong relationships with clients and candidates to deliver outstanding staffing solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle – from job intake, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and reference checking to placement and post-placement support.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment strategies.
- Develop a robust pipeline of skilled white-collar candidates across roles such as administration, finance, HR, marketing, customer service, and management.
- Source candidates through job boards, databases, networking, referrals, and social media (e.g., LinkedIn).
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate suitability based on client requirements.
- Present shortlisted candidates to clients and coordinate interviews and feedback.
- Negotiate offers and manage the onboarding process.
- Ensure all candidate and client records are updated accurately in the ATS/CRM system.
- Meet and exceed monthly placement and performance targets.
- Stay up to date with labor market trends and competitor activities in the white-collar space.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven experience (2+ years) as a Recruitment Consultant, ideally within white-collar or professional staffing.
- Strong understanding of corporate/professional roles and associated skill sets.
- Demonstrated success in meeting placement and revenue targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple job orders and priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency with recruitment tools, ATS platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A self-starter with a proactive and client-focused mindset.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working within a fast-paced staffing agency environment.
- Familiarity with relevant employment laws and recruitment compliance standards.
- Background in sales, account management, or business development is a plus.
