Compensation & Hours :
Competitive base salary with uncapped commission potentialThis is a full time, permanent roleMonday-Friday with occasional weekends depending on the time of yearTravel throughout Southern AlbertaPosition Summary :
Build & establish relationships with customers to understand their needs and how to meet those needs effectivelyProviding customers with information regarding farm machinery and heavy equipmentCompleting outside sales, including industry events and cold callingManage sales pipeline and accurately forecast sales performanceAnalyzing for creative problem-solving as needed to ensure customer satisfaction is metMeets and exceeds sales targets and KPIs set by managementAnalyzing contracts and reportsRequired Qualifications :
5+ years of proven sales experience, ideally in heavy equipment salesValid drivers license, clean drivers abstract, and reliable vehicle are requiredExcellent oral and written communication skillsHigh level of integrity & strong sense of accountabilityAbility to be flexible in response to changing priorities and needsSelf-motivated with results driven attitude and the ability to work independentlyBonus Points For :
