We’re looking for a who’s ready to build a career in restoration. You’ll support projects from start to finish while developing the technical, communication, and leadership skills needed to manage complex files independently.
You’ll be the main point of contact for homeowners during some of the most stressful moments of their lives—while learning how to balance customer care, insurance requirements, and operational execution. This Junior Project Manager role is an excellent stepping stone for professionals already working in the construction or restoration industry, offering hands-on experience and a clear path for career growth.
What You’ll Do :
- Be the first point of contact with the homeowner after a disaster (fire, flood, etc.)
- Communicate and coordinate with insurance adjusters and company partners
- Complete site documentation (photos, R24, Docusketch, etc.) and submit files internally
- Send scope information and job details to the Estimating Department
- Ensure smooth hand-offs to mitigation, contents, and reconstruction teams
- Keep homeowners informed throughout the entire process
- Follow up with departments to keep jobs on track and timelines moving
- Participate in a rotating on-call schedule to respond to after-hours emergencies
- Support senior team members on complex or high-volume files
