Responsibilities :

Need to assure consistency of the fit, quality, measurements and construction of each garment

Ensure to provide the proper fitting comments to vendor efficiently - Send fit comments to the Import coordinator and makers

Ensure grading standards are respected by all factories – communication overseas

Effective quality control status report for each garment

Inspect and measure pre-production approval samples

Responsible for sending missing information on spec sheets - full grading measurements

Measuring / sending / follow up with customers in regards to approval for samples

Follow-up with contractors on a daily basis

Requirements :

Knowledge of garment measurements and fittings

Basic knowledge of Excel

Must be bilingual (English and French) - Excellent written / communication skills

Must have strong time management skills

Must be organized and able to meet priorities

Meticulous and detail oriented

Passion for fashion and fast pace

Demonstrate strong work ethics and professionalism
