Best Boyz Car Wash in Chilliwack, BC is on the hunt for a full-time Site Manager (need minimum 2 years experience to apply) to lead and run the day-to-day operations of our award- winning car wash business. Dive into a fun, fast-paced environment with a company that's been crowned favorite car wash in Chilliwack for six years running! Our energetic team of 5-6 young staff members is looking for a rockstar leader who values good old fashioned hard work professionalism, leadership and a positive and optimistic attitude.

  • Previous Management Experience : You have at least 2 years of successful Management experience in retail, sales, customer service, or another field that focuses on people.

  • Competitive Pay : $75,000.00-$95,000.00 annual salary, with opportunities to earn between $5000.00-$10,000.00 of additional sales bonuses per year.     • Requirements / Responsibilities

  • Minimum 2 years experience managing a small team (4-6 staff).
  • Has experience and skill in effective recruiting, teaching and training new staff.
  • Strong communication skills, outgoing and personable.
  • Can work at a high productivity level and effectively multi-task on a daily basis.
  • Attention to detail, organized & likes following processes and procedures.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, be part of a rotating schedule, including working some weekends .
  • On call and flexible when staff issues or other circumstances arise on site.
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that involve standing, lifting, fixing & maintaining car wash equipment.

    • Summary of Site Manager

  • On site to run the day-to-day operations of a busy and thriving car wash business.
  • Manage a team of 4-6 staff and oversee staff scheduling, recruiting, hiring, training and staff evaluations and help our staff to achieve their monthly sales membership goals.
  • Maintain flexibility in your schedule to adjust to the changes and demands of the car wash business.
  • Ensure smooth daily workflow on site and ensure staff are following daily processes and procedures.
  • Maintain high level of customer service, maintain & complete equipment maintenance, inventory, safety protocols, customer inquiries / complaints.
  • Develop sales marketing strategies, advertising, social media content & sales promotions to grow our car wash membership program and retail sales.
