What you’ll do

• As a member of the team, provides patient care through the provision of education and support to patients in the Program around issues related to their procedure and / or treatment.

Work collaboratively with medical staff and other multi-disciplinary health care team members to assist in ensuring effective, evidence-based and high-quality patient-centred care.

This process includes reviewing patient history noting allergies, risk factors, and medications etc.

Participate in and may lead daily workflow sessions.
