As a Content Specialist, you’ll play a key role in crafting engaging, informative, and SEO-optimized content that drives traffic and enhances our brand presence.

You will work closely with our marketing and design teams to create a variety of content types that resonate with our target audience and align with our business objectives.

What You’ll Do

Content Creation : Develop, write, and edit high-quality content for blogs, website pages, social media, email campaigns, and other marketing materials.

Video and audio editing skills are a bonus.

  • SEO Optimization : Implement SEO best practices to enhance content visibility and improve search engine rankings. Conduct keyword research and integrate keywords strategically.
  • Content Strategy : Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute content strategies that support business goals and target audience needs.
  • Market Research : Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences to ensure content relevance and innovation.
  • Editorial Calendar : Manage and maintain the editorial calendar to ensure timely publication of content across various channels.
  • Analytics and Reporting : Track content performance using analytics tools, evaluate metrics, and provide insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with graphic designers, marketers, and product teams to ensure content consistency and alignment with brand voice and message.
  • Content Management : Oversee content updates and maintenance on the websites and other digital platforms.

Qualifications :

  • Education : College or university degree in marketing, Communications, English, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Experience : 2-4 years of experience in content creation, digital marketing, or a related role. Experience in the real estate industry is a plus.
  • Skills : Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for in SEO techniques and best with content management systems (e.

g., WordPress) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).Strong organizational and project management to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced thinking and problem-solving abilities.
