Night Server The Wickaninnish Inn

Join our Restaurant Team as a Fine Dining Night Server where you have the opportunity to learn and grow in a Relais & Châteaux property recognized by Forbes Michelin Key AAA Four Diamond and Travel & Leisures Worlds Best Hotels.

The successful candidate must be able to lead and be a role model for all operating standards and systems. Energy passion strong communication skills and the ability to multi-task are necessary for this position. A commitment to continuous improvement is key.

As a Night Server you will :

• Ensure efficient and personalized guest service meeting and exceeding Relais & Chateaux AAA 4 & 5 Diamond and Forbes Standards.
• Lead by example and be a pro-active member of The Pointe Restaurant Team.
• Guide guests through available food & beverage options assisting in selection if requested.
• Assist in the selection of the appropriate wine or spirit to accompany the meal.
• Deliver selected food & beverage to our guests displaying the meal in a manner suitable for 4 & 5 Diamond establishments.
• Work in a team environment.
• Assist with the preparation of the dining room for ensuing shifts.
• Balance cash-outs.
