About The Role
This role focuses on managing local warehouse operations : receiving inbound goods, managing pick and pack for outbound orders, and ensuring safe operations, storage, housekeeping and inventory accuracy of all items stored in the warehouse area.
What You Will Do
- Receive, inspect and record incoming shipments of materials, tools and equipment.
- Store, pick and pack materials, tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain an accurate inventory of all items and ensure proper labelling and storage.
- Keep all store areas clean, organized and free of hazards.
- Operate equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely.
- Assist in preparation and processing of purchase orders and dispatch orders.
- Collaborate with procurement and production teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of PhotonAssay™ deployments and maintenance.
- Support the development of a strong workplace health and safety culture.
- Communicate and liaise with all internal customers to ensure excellent customer service.
- Utilise existing skills or develop new ones to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Contribute to a culture that values collaboration, technical excellence and ongoing learning and development.
Who you are :
Relevant experience working in a warehouse environment.Demonstrated ability to work independently, plan and coordinate to meet deadlines.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Permanent residency or citizenship (or equivalent working rights).Experience using Netsuite or a similar Inventory or Warehouse Management System.Experience working with Dangerous Goods.A current LF forklift licence and driver’s licence.Who We Are (Our Values)
