London Drugs is a leading retail chain in Canada, offering a community‑driven work environment. We are seeking innovative, customer‑focused people to join our team as a Stocking Team Leader.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Stocking Team members and ensure the store is ready for opening.
• Maintain the operational requirements of the store and enhance customer service on the general sales floor.
• Aspire to advance to management in the future, although this current role is not a management position.
• Provide customer contact and deliver quality service in a fast‑paced, professional, courteous, and helpful manner.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal, motivational, delegation, and follow‑up skills; accept responsibility and train others.
• Exhibit a positive, mature, professional leadership style and understanding of policies and procedures.
• Supervisory experience is considered an asset.
• Apply merchandising experience, sense of urgency, and excellent communication skills to excel in this role.
