Job Title : Occupational Health & Safety Coordinator

Job Description

We are looking for a diligent and analytical Occupational Health & Safety Coordinator who will be responsible for planning and implementing Occupational Health & Safety policies and programs.

This role involves working both in an office setting and on the production floor, coordinating with various departments for smooth and safe operations.

The successful candidate will monitor operations to eliminate hazardous activities and develop policies to promote occupational health and safety awareness.

Training new hires on OHS principles, preparing educational seminars and webinars regularly, and reviewing existing policies and procedures are also key aspects of this role.

The focus of the work will be on prevention.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Calgary, Alberta.

Shift

The work hours are from Monday to Friday, 7 : 00 am to 3 : 30 pm.

Pay Rate

24 - 25 / hour to start with opportunity to grow.
