HVAC Service Technician

Responsibilities :

• Install, inspect, and maintain a variety of HVAC systems, including heating, cooling, and ventilation equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues such as leaks, electrical faults, and mechanical failures, providing timely and accurate repairs.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance to ensure HVAC systems operate efficiently and meet performance standards.
• Communicate effectively with clients to explain system issues, repair options, and maintenance best practices, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Maintain detailed records of service calls, repairs, and parts used, while adhering to safety standards, building codes, and manufacturer specifications.
• Collaborate with team members and assist in mentoring junior technicians to promote a positive and productive work environment.
