The Area Print Support Representative Floater will work to service either the Greater Toronto Area or Kitchener to Mississauga, depending on candidate location.
This role will take on all needed activities to support client accounts, including but not limited to courier and print services.
This is a great growth opportunity, as the ideal candidate has the potential to lead their own account within the first 12-18 months of employment!
Primary Responsibilities :
- Operate digital print equipment Black & White and Color Copiers / Printers
- Understanding of workflow tools such as Free Flow and Fiery
- Operate standard finishing equipment (paper cutters, bindery, laminating, desktop folders and drill)
- Point of contact to receive customer requests, provide estimates, schedule, and track print production requests
- Perform basic quality inspection before, during and after output of each production run
- Track and store jobs as customer requires for reuse at a future date
- Maintain reporting logs and information for billing purposes
- Wrap, pack, label, and ship finished product
- Maintain appropriate supply inventory levels
- Problem solve basic issues to complete production, delivery, and output requirements
Qualifications :
- Excellent communications skills (oral and written)
- 1 to 2 years’ experience in a Digital Print Shop and Customer Service environment
- Intermediate use of MS Office,
- Adobe and other relevant software
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to be on your feet for up to 80% of your day
- Ability and willingness to learn and develop
- Minimum High School diploma or equivalent
- Post high school technology training or experience preferred
- Candidates must have valid driver's license and own vehicle
