Michelle looking for a babysitter or nanny in Capital Regional District

We are a family in Saanichton looking for a reliable person to help with our 11 year old son. He is a great kid who is fairly independent, but he is getting ready for middle school next year and needs a bit of support to stay organized. Our home is also shared with two cats and a dog.

One parent works on a 28 day on and off schedule, so our needs can change depending on whether they are home or away. We have a lot of experience hosting au pairs and are very comfortable welcoming someone into our home and routine.

The Role

We are looking for someone to help bridge the gap while our current childcare arrangement transitions in the second half of the year. The primary focus is Gilberts daily schedule, which includes :

School Support : Handling bus drop-offs in the morning and pick-ups in the afternoon.

Household Help : Assisting with light housekeeping and simple meal preparation to keep things running smoothly.

Daily Routine : Providing a bit of guidance to help Gilbert stay on track w
