We are seeking a motivated and client-focused Personal Insurance Account Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for a broker who thrives in both sales and service, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding production targets. You will be responsible for managing and growing an existing book of business, while also providing exceptional service to clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and service an established book of personal insurance clients.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell, upsell, and generate new business.
- Meet and exceed production and retention targets.
- Handle policy changes, renewals, and inquiries with professionalism and accuracy.
- Communicate effectively with clients, underwriters, and carrier partners.
- Utilize brokerage systems and portals (training provided if needed).
Qualifications
Level 1 or Level 2 General Insurance License (required).Strong background in personal insurance sales and account management .Proven track record of achieving production goals.Excellent communication and client relationship skills.Mandarin or Cantonese language skills would be an asset, but strong candidates without will be considered.Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.Contact Information
