Job description

Responsibilities :

  • Facilitate alignment between teams, functions, divisions, and stakeholders.
  • Drive the alignment of cross-organizational initiatives through integration planning, dependency management, and impediment removal.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to shape strategy, define requirements, and serve as the primary communication point for complex programs.
  • Plan and oversee delivery by engaging with engineering and product teams to develop clear delivery roadmaps.
  • Partner with cross-functional development teams to deliver solutions from design through implementation.
  • Automate delivery processes spanning design, development, and operations to enhance transparency and establish a single source of truth.
  • Foster collaboration and synchronize efforts across teams.
  • Identify, analyze, and mitigate risks in partnership with leadership to address potential roadblocks.
  • Champion continuous improvement using a data-driven, Kaizen-inspired approach.

Minimum Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager, Integration Program Manager, or a similar role driving software development projects.
  • Extensive experience working with software engineering teams on complex, multi-team initiatives in fast-paced environments using Agile methodologies .
  • Strong knowledge of APIs , interfaces , software componentization , and customization .
  • Solid technical background, attention to detail, and excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication skills with diverse audiences.
  • Passion for process improvement and operational excellence.
  • A growth mindset with a commitment to learning and self-challenge.
  • Exceptional relationship-building and influencing abilities.
  • Proficiency with technical tools to scale programs and solutions.
