Join our team as a SystemAdministrator where youll be the IT superhero for our Hedge Fundand Private Equity clients. Youll be the first line of defence whentechnical issues arise providing top tier support and ensuringsmooth operations.

This role requires a strong technical backgroundcombined with exceptional customer service skills offering a uniqueopportunity to work in a client facing position with greatertechnical depth compared to similar roles in otherorganizations.

KeyResponsibilities :

  • Deliverwhite glove technical support to clients via phone email and remoteaccess.
  • Manageand support client workstations printers and peripheraldevices.
  • Maintain proactive and clear communication withclients andcolleagues.
  • Accurately log all work and time in the ticketingsystem.
  • Efficiently manage the ticket queue ensuring timelyupdates andresolutions.
  • Troubleshoot and document client issues fromidentification through toresolution.
  • Handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaininga high standard ofwork.
  • Collaborate on improving operational processes andoverallefficiency.
  • Take ownership of issues escalate when necessary andensure followthrough.
  • Achieve both individual and team KPItargets.

Requirements

  • Expertise in identifying isolating and escalatinghardware software network and systemsissues.
  • Advanced problem solving skills with a processorientedapproach.
  • Proficiency in managing O365 Services and ongoingdevelopment (Teams SharePoint OneDriveOutlook).
  • Experience with multitenant environments and MicrosoftSupportProcesses.
  • Active Directory account group and permissionmanagement.
  • Familiarity with Duo Security and other MFAapplications.
  • Microsoft Exchange and Azure Active Directoryadministration.
  • Proficient in managing O365 Admin Portal and CitrixXenAppenvironments.
  • Experience in managing MDM technologies likeIntune.
  • Skilled in analyzing and resolving disk space hostdown and ISP alerts using monitoring tools likeNagios.
  • Virtual server administration experience (e.g. VMwarevSphere) including resource management GPO management and serverperformancetroubleshooting.
  • Solid understanding of DNS DHCP and TCP / IPtroubleshooting.
  • Experience with print queueinstallation configuration andmanagement

Qualifications :

  • High School diploma or equivalentrequired.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a relatedfield.
  • A degree or some college coursework isadvantageous.
  • Technical certifications or training are aplus.
