Property Manager

We are looking for a skilled and bilingual Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of commercial properties in York Region, Ontario. This role requires expertise in property management, tenant relations, financial oversight, and maintenance coordination, along with fluency in both Mandarin and English. The ideal candidate will bring over 8 years of experience in commercial property management and a proactive approach to ensuring operational excellence.Responsibilities:- Supervise the daily operations of multiple commercial properties, ensuring smooth and efficient management.- Administer lease agreements, coordinate tenant onboarding, and oversee lease renewals.- Arrange and oversee maintenance and repair services, ensuring timely and cost-effective resolutions.- Develop and manage operating budgets, monitor expenses, and provide detailed financial performance reports.- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with company standards and local regulations.- Manage tenant relations by addressing concerns and providing solutions to property-related issues.- Ensure adherence to building codes, safety regulations, and company policies.- Communicate operational updates effectively to stakeholders in both Mandarin and English.- Respond to emergencies and after-hours issues promptly, ensuring minimal disruption.- Collaborate with vendors and contractors to ensure proper maintenance of equipment and facilities.- A minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial property management.- Fluency in both Mandarin and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.- Comprehensive knowledge of lease agreements, maintenance practices, and property management protocols.- Proficiency in property management software and accounting systems.- Exceptional organizational, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.- Capability to manage multiple properties and prioritize tasks effectively.- A valid Condominium Management License or Commercial Property Management License is highly desirable.- Familiarity with vendor management, insurance policies, and tenant relations.Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
