Location : Montreal, QC (Hybrid)

Travel : ~10% (once every other month)

About The Role

Cosmetic Physician Partners (CPP) is growing rapidly and we’re looking for a Strategic Recruiter to play a critical role in building our talent pipelines. You’ll be at the forefront of identifying, attracting, and securing top talent to fuel the expansion of our clinics across North America.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain pipelines of high-quality candidates in targeted markets
• Identify and recruit physicians for clinic succession opportunities
• Source and attract experienced injectors to lead new (“de novo”) clinic openings
• Recruit practice managers to oversee clinic operations
• Fill injector roles for existing clinics with coverage needs or growth gaps
