Salary :

FUCHS offers a competitive salary based on experience in a similar position. The salary range for this position is $90,000 CAD to $110,000 CAD, but the actual salary will vary depending on the new employee's experience and qualifications as well as internal equity.

Your area of responsibility :

  • Product Evaluation : Plan and conduct field trials, evaluate the performance of new products, and provide detailed reports.
  • Technical Support : Solve technical problems, liaise between customers and our laboratory.
  • Market insights and collaboration : Work with sales on projects, identify new product needs, and understand the competitive landscape.
  • Product Expertise : Specializes in industrial fluids and greases for various industry segments and provides application information for new product development projects.
  • Sales Support : Offer product recommendations, technical training, and provide technical solutions.
  • Business Development : Support sales campaigns and proposals.

Qualifications we are looking for :

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering required (mechanical, chemical or automotive preferred).
  • 3 or more years of experience in the lubricant field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Certified Lubrication Specialist (STLE) is a plus.
  • Experience in the commercial and industrial segments, with roles in field service, technical sales, or lubricant management.
  • Knowledge of lubricant application, use and maintenance.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret laboratory tests.
  • Excellent communication skills, English and French.
  • TRAVEL

  • 60%-80% travel, in Eastern Canada
