About the Role:
As a Training Success Specialist youll leverage your background in learning leadership or people development in a flexible self-directed environment. Youll receive full training in our proven systems and digital tools — allowing you to create meaningful results while designing your ideal work-life balance.
This is a performance-based remote position ideal for professionals who are:

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in weekly virtual training and development sessions.
• Implement proven digital marketing and lead-generation processes.
• Conduct structured interviews and facilitate onboarding conversations.
• Provide guidance and resources to new participants.
• Mentor others through their training journey while continuously developing your own leadership skills.

What Youll Bring:

• 5 years experience in Learning & Development Training or People & Culture.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in using social media tools such as LinkedIn Facebook and Instagram.
• A positive proactive mindset and the ability to work independently.
• A genuine interest in personal growth and helping others achieve success.

Experience in digital marketing or online training is an advantage but not essential — full support and systems are provided.
