The Role and Responsibilities
As a 360 Recruitment Consultant , you will take full ownership of your desk, specializing in the vertical where you have the most experience or interest. You will :
- Manage the full recruitment life cycle — from business development to candidate attraction, screening, interviews, offer negotiations, and client management.
- Build and grow your own client portfolio within IT, A&F, Construction, Mining, Energy, or a blend of these sectors.
- Source and engage high-quality candidates using multiple platforms, networks, and proactive outreach.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
- Collaborate with experienced team members while maintaining the autonomy to run your desk your way.
- Contribute to a high-performance culture where success is celebrated and backed by strong leadership support.
- Progress into senior roles or leadership opportunities based on performance and revenue generation.
