Dillon’s Transportation and Facilities technical group is looking for a Mechanical Engineer to join our multidisciplinary team of professionals. You will have the opportunity to work on new and exciting projects while providing clients with a fully integrated and superior customer experience.

At Dillon, we operate as one team. This position is available at our office in Kingston with the opportunity for hybrid and flex work arrangements to help balance the competing demands of work and personal life..

Responsibilities

What your day will look like

Design & Drafting

• Prepare plumbing, HVAC, and Sprinkler load calculations
• Prepare HVAC control sequences and schematics
• Prepare design drawings, specifications, reports, and other deliverables
• Apply 2D and 3D CAD software, such as AutoCAD and Revit, as well as other specialty programs such as Carrier HAP to produce design drawings and energy simulations
• Develop the design of educational, institutional, healthcare, and commercial buildings
