Brampton - Hybrid (2-3 days from Office)

Business & Systems Analysis

Strong experience as a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) or IAM Analyst in large enterprise environments.
Proven ability to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
Skilled in creating process flows, use cases, requirements traceability, and functional specifications.

SailPoint Functional Expertise

Hands on functional knowledge of SailPoint IdentityIQ / IdentityNow, including :

o Identity lifecycle management

o Access requests & approvals

o Certification campaigns

o Roles & entitlements

Ability to interpret SailPoint design patterns, onboarding workflows, provisioning logic, and configurations (without needing to be a core developer).

IAM Concepts & Security Foundations

Strong understanding of core IAM principles :

o Authentication & Authorization

o RBAC (Role Based Access Control)

o Least Privilege

o Segregation of Duties (SoD)

Familiar with governance workflows, access attestations, policy compliance, and entitlement models.

Technical & Domain Knowledge

Solid understanding of server, database, application, and cloud access models.

Familiar with core directory and identity technologies :

o Active Directory (AD)

o LDAP

o SSO / Federation

o MFA concepts (factors, flows, enrollment)

Knowledge of security, compliance, and audit requirements, including evidence collection, control validation, and remediation processes.

Documentation & Communication

Ability to produce high quality documentation such as BRDs, FRDs, mapping documents, workflow diagrams, and data requirements.

Strong communication skills enabling effective collaboration with IAM architects, engineers, application teams, and security stakeholders.
