We are looking for a person to fill a full-time evening heavy maintenance attendant position. Purpose of the position

Schedule: Monday to Friday evening with every other weekendSalary: from $ Specifically, your daily life with us will look like :

• Maintain and clean the premises
• Clean entryways and common areas
• Sweep and clean the floors of the corridors, common areas and workstations of the building
• Organise or perform all other related tasks regarding the maintenance department, as required and as requested by the immediate superior
• Wash windows in common areas
• Taking out the trash
• Maintenance and cleaning of the lobby and corridors
• painting

Required qualifications :

• Professional training in general building maintenance (an asset)
• High school diploma (SSD)
